To operate and manage 24x7x365 call centre for elite AAUI clients Cross Roads India Assistance (CRIA) has announced a strategic partnership with the Automobile Association of Upper India (AAUI), under which CRIA will operate and manage a 24x7x365 call centre for roadside repair assistance calls from  AAUI's elite clients. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Harish Lakera, CEO, CRIA, said that AAUI's patrons include government officials, members of the public, and corporates, and that CRIA would serve as a single window for all roadside repair assistance queries from elite AAUI clients. The two organisations planned to work together by combining their expertise, knowledge and network to provide roadside assistance and ensure road safety for members.

Mr T K Malhotra, President, AAUI, added that the objective of the partnership was to improve customer experience and strengthen member services and customer support. He explained that CRIA's expertise in roadside assistance and their customer focus and quality standards were among the factors that made them preferred partners for AAUI. Under the partnership, CRIA will provide front- and back-end support services to AAUI members, manage breakdown services, handle the marketing of the services website for AAUI, and market AAUI products through its own website. AAUI will provide service partner status to CRIA as well as visibility and coassociation on various forums.
